After graduating from high school with a focus on technology, Mattis Kemper completed a one-year internship in event technology at the Bad Sassendorf Day and Convention Center. He then began his training as an event technology specialist at Theater Dortmund in 2020, which he successfully completed in 2023. The fascination in his work is the focus on lighting, which he presented in his final project at the Academy for Theater and Digitality. He has been part of our team since July 2023.
