We’re excited to announce the launch of EXCENTRIC, a new EU-funded project starting in February 2025! Over the next three years, EXCENTRIC will focus on supporting the digital transition of Europe’s Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI), including live music, festivals, theatre, and museums.

The project will address the underutilization of data in these sectors by developing Collaborative Data Practices. Through real-world pilots, we aim to provide organizations with smart data infrastructure and tools to improve operations like programming, pricing, resource management, and audience engagement. Our goal is to help these sectors integrate data-driven solutions into their daily activities in a way that’s both sustainable and aligned with the needs of creative professionals.

EXCENTRIC takes a human-centric approach, engaging with the creative workforce and their networks to co-design tools that will directly benefit them. With six pilots across six countries, the project will foster collaboration, break down silos, and generate evidence-based recommendations for digital transformation in the sector.
